What do you do?

I make sure the writers have everything they need to do their job and maximise their creative talents. I liaise with our clients, deal with the dosh, and juggle appointments in the diary.

Why do you do it?

It’s an incredible working environment, where everyone pushes each other to learn more each day. It’s fun, inspiring, and we have Yorkshire Tea.

Which projects have you worked on?

I’ve worked on a variety of projects. Creating videos and animations to help members engage with their pension schemes. Helping companies with strategies that shape their business. Producing the standard annual statement, to make it easier for people to calculate how much money they’ve got in their pension pots.

Which project are you most proud of?

That’s like trying to choose your favourite child. Not that I have any children. But if I did, I imagine it would be a similar decision.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

I love Sudoku. Give me a coffee and a Sudoku and I’m happy. If I’m not messing around with those nine numbers, then I’ll probably be playing sport. Football, tennis, golf… anything I can play socially.

How long has it taken you to write this?

It’s taken 57.5 hours, 8 drafts, and 6 weeks of sleepless nights to put this together.
